Data Deletion Instructions

You can permanently delete your Postuva data at any time.

In the app (immediate)

Open the app → Profile → Delete Account
Once you confirm, your account and all associated data — brand profile, generated content, social media connections and encrypted access tokens — are permanently deleted (cascade) from our servers.

Removing only the social media connection

If you want to remove just the Instagram connection without deleting your account: Brand → Connected Accounts → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token and the statistics history for that account.

Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email ali.atakan@selcuk.edu.tr from your account email address; we will fulfill and confirm your request within 30 days.
